2018 Subaru Push to Start attemts to start but no cranking

I have installed and programmed the Evo ONE module on 2018 Subaru Outback Push to Start. The module have been programmed and dycrypted when everything is connected, and 3xlock button is pressed on the remote, the car tries to start 2 times, but there is no cracnking sound on the engine. Please help

Does evo-one will give option of 3lock from oem remote to start the 2018 Subaru Outback

I want to know if i need to buy a separate RF kit for 2018 Subaru Outback Limited Push to start, or Evo_One offer the option of 3lock Oem renote start and 3unlock to stop the remote started car? Alsoi will OEm remote will be functional after the remote start of the vehicle?
